LDW Designs takes great care in the production and packaging of your beautiful products. Everything is made to order and this is why we cannot accept change of minds, exchanges or returns. If you do believe there is an issue with a product you have purchased and you would like to discuss it with me please do not hesitate to send me an email at louise@ldwdesigns.com.au.
 

Damaged Items

We make our best efforts to make the trip to your location as safe as we can for your products. This starts from our thorough and careful processing and packaging. Despite this, unfortunately, sometimes accidents do happen between the time my artwork leaves my studio and the time it arrives at its new home - I know the feeling! Rest assured, all artworks are fully insured, which means you will be covered if any of my products you purchase are damaged during delivery.

In the occasion your product arrives damaged, please send photos capturing the damage as well as the shipping label to me at louise@ldwdesigns.com.au and I will handle it from there!
